- Obtaining desk top advice from a panel of valuers. Valuers are selected on the bases of sector expertise, field of speciality etc.
- Advising on the most appropriate funding. We will identify and negotiate the best overall funding terms on your behalf.
- Providing a full transaction management service through to completion. We Will work with all parties to meet the completion deadline and will continue to assist with any post-completion issues that may arise.
